This vacation home offers one beautiful surprise after another. From the picturesque window overlooking the
Choctawhatchee Bay to the Links Golf Course, everything here speaks "relax and enjoy."

Sitting on your private deck you can unwind with a view of the of the Choctawhatchee Bay, the lakes on the fairway or the beautiful sunrises.

This charming unit has a spacious open floor plan including two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms.. The fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer opens to the living and dining area. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4. The living room faces more windows and features a flat screen tv so there's plenty of room for the whole family to curl up and watch movies or enjoy the scenery, living room also has a queen sleeper sofa.

The open staircase leads to the Master Suite, complete with a king-sized bed, private bath with ensuite bathroom, flat screen television and more views of those coastal landscapes. The additional bedroom upstairs has two twin-size beds, a large closet, it's own private bath and of course, a flat screen television.

This home is located in the quiet, relaxing Fairways community on the bay side of Sandestin and has a true neighborhood feel. The Sandestin Owners Club offers one of many pools just down the street and a heated pool to use closer to Baytowne. Take a walk, bike or jog around the lakes and bay, and remember there is a tunnel under Highway 98 that takes you straight to the beach. Take a dip in the New heated Audubon Pool at the entrance of Fairways.

You could spend your entire vacation in Sandestin. It offers everything you need for a memorable vacation-four award-winning golf courses, numerous neighborhood pools, abundant dining and shopping, spa services and more. Or take advantage of everything nearby Destin or 30-A has to offer.

We had a great stay here! Everything was so clean, and being on resort with Sandestin is an awesome location! We had a problem with the golf cart breaking down, but the booking agency was amazing to handle it and get us a new golf cart the same day! Would definitely recommend!

Trip to the Beach

The accommodation was perfect for our family group. The condo was well appointed with a very well stocked kitchen. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The view off the back porch was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and they went above and beyond to make sure all of our items were accounted for when they were cleaning after our trip!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. The Fairways are beautiful. The new pool is great. We had an issue with the golf cart, but the property manager was prompt in taking care of it. Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the location and the golfcart as well as access to pools. We would recommend some updating of the condo, like beds and bedding and well as decor. Adding a few items, like wine bottle opener, peeler, a fishing rod or beach umbrella would make the unit more valuable. During our stay the neighboring house was going through a roof replacement.

Great time for our small family

We really enjoyed this property. The view of the golf course/ bay was amazing, and the kids enjoyed fishing in the pond and the wildlife. It was a quick golf cart ride to the new pool, beach, and baytowne wharf. The location was more low key than other places we have stayed in Sandestin. The golf cart was out of order, so we had a replacement cart that was definitely on the lower end, but were grateful we had something. My only complaint would be the sheets. If you enjoy a quality thread count, I would bring my own. The sheets provided were like sand paper. We would rent here again. It was clean and a good value.

We enjoyed our time in Sandestin. The condo was close to everything by bike or golf cart. We felt the condo needed a little updating with fewer items inside but was comfortable and clean.

Perfect for small family!

Great location, quiet and relaxing. Only wish there were a few more items in the kitchen. Small place for max of 4 people but you have enough dishes for 10. Add some pot holders and some baking dishes. Also, please make sure the cleaners actually vacuum. Found dog feces under a chair. Easy to cleanup but I shouldn’t have too! Overall we really liked it.

Lovely place in a beautiful community

We had such a nice time at this lovely place. It is much better than the pictures! They have a fantastic cleaning crew, as the place was very clean! Cleanliness is a big deal for us and it’s hard to find a place that’s actually cleaned properly anymore, but this place was!! It had everything we needed for our stay including enough toilet paper and paper towels. So many things that were new. The kitchen was just like being at home with everything you need. New clean washer and dryer too. We had one small thing…..the gpa schedules painters outside for a couple of days. We wasn’t sure if it was going to be all week, so we were offered another, even nicer, home. We decided to stay put due to the hassle of moving, and they ended up not taking long at all to do what was to be done.

What a let down.

The house was fine except for the many large cockroaches. The worst part was that I had saved five properties to choose from all which included a golf cart. I chose this one because the golf cart was a large one even though it was by far the most expensive one. When we got there, the golf cart was parked next to a small cart. We found out that our large golf cart didnt work and we only had use of the small one instead. No call to inform us, no email or text. We just happened to have shown up when the couple who service the golf carts were there. I called to relay my disappointment and the customer service was awful. I was told, “yes it broke, we let you use the other one as a courtesy. We can’t control when golf carts break. we could have left you without one at all. We don’t charge extra for a golf cart that seats two more people.” I told her I understood that they can’t control when a golf cart breaks, however, the cart was the deciding factor for us. I felt there could have been some other kind of compensation. Also, I called their emergency hotline 15 min after we checked out because I thought I left my cpap machine inside. Their “emergency” line got in touch with me 12 hours later. The house was fine except for the bugs, the area was great, the customer service and price were a major disappointment!

Almost Heaven

Can't beat Sandestin. It has the feel of being safe, relaxing and fun. The house was beautiful with an excellent view of the Bay while we watched the turtles sun on the post and golfers fish their golfballs out of the water.

The golf cart provided was in great shape and very clean. It made for getting around the resort fun and easy. Condo was a little dated and musky smell. Patio was spacious and with good views.
