You will feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the gate. Stroll to the end of the street to the beautiful sand dunes and the child-safe swimming beach. The water gets so warm in the summer months.
Grab a racket and challenge your family to a game of tennis. Collect pipis at low tide, then enjoy a BBQ on the deck while you watch your kids play tennis. Play golf at the friendly Waikanae course.

We really enjoyed staying here. The Bach had everything we needed. We played tennis, went for beach walks and enjoyed the fire and the hot tub. We came home totally relaxed. We will definitely be coming back again, and soon.

Great Space for Extra Family

We absolutely loved the property! Well situated near beach, plenty of space for my 3 kids 13/16/22 years. It would have been tight at my parents place for everyone so this worked out well! Tennis court was well utilized by all and a fun perk Would highly recommend and rent on future trips home

Relaxing and rejuvenating

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it doesn’t disappoint. Super relaxing, amazing tennis court, cosy fire, lots of board games for the kids, and short stroll to the beach. Love it!

a place for rest and fun

What a wonderful place to recoup. We took long walks on the beach during the day and could hear the Tasman Sea at night. We rekindled an old love of tennis. The neighbors are delightful. We were also able to get around by bus and train, no need to rent a car. We will be in touch when we return to the area. Thanks Karen and Phillip

Classic kiwiana bach with everything you need and more! So many great things about this bach! The tennis court (also great for pickleball and shots into the hoop), the spa pool (but only during the warmer summer months), great location, within walking distance to beach and local cafes, the fire (also nature's TV) a dart board, board games, dishwasher, feijoa trees! The list goes on ... Really homely, comfortable and relaxing... We didn't want to leave. Thanks for having us ☺️ Would definitely recommend, and love to stay again
