Beach holidays don't get any better than this!

This stand alone home is located near the Airport and Tahuna Golf course on a cul de sac, and the last house down a shared driveway. There's ample off street private parking for 2 cars. The house has a completely set-up kitchen (including large fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave etc), which opens into the lounge (heat pump/aircon, tv, stereo). Ranch sliders open the lounge to the west-facing large deck (think sunsets!). There's a bbq, sun umbrella etc. Also on the ground floor is one bedroom (queen bed), bathroom (shower and toilet), and laundry (washing machine and another toilet). Upstairs is another large bedroom (queen bed) and a trundle bed. There's a large completely fenced and secured yard. A private back gate enters directly into the famous Tahunanui Beach Holiday Park, which provides an off-road park like stroll directly to the beach.
This property is near the airport, therefore on the flight path of domestic flights (Airport closes at night).
