All Decked Out - Modern holiday home with great covered outdoor entertaining space in handy location

All Decked Out is a spacious modern home with multiple living/entertaining areas both inside and out. The modern kitchen/dining/living flows out onto decks front and back, with the back covered deck including an open fireplace and plastic blinds for a cozy spot on cooler evenings. There is also a second living space which opens out onto a third deck. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a Queen and the other with 2 Singles. There is also a small sleepout at the back of the section with a Queen bed in it. For your coffee fix just bring your own pods for the Nespresso machine.
The property is well positioned for the sun and is fully fenced, perfect for the kids to run around on and even better is pet friendly. NB: Pets are permitted outside only and not on the outdoor furniture. The outdoor deck with kennel is a cozy spot for pets.
Quail Way is a quiet cul de sac, set back from the hustle bustle of Mangawhai Heads but only a 10-20 minute walk to the estuary, golf course, Mangawhai Activity Zone for the kids, bush walks and the Heads shopping complex with various shops , cafes and takeaways.

Please note the following:
1.The indoor fireplace is no longer operational for safety reasons but there is a Heat Pump in the living area to keep you warm.
2. There is an external security camera that monitors the driveway and entrance gate but this will be remotely turned off during guest stays.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
