True to its name our spacious Village retreat offers plenty of space and essentials to provide the perfect setting for a group getaway or family vacation to Big Bear no matter the season you choose to visit the mountains. Boasting two levels of sprawling living space along with an equipped kitchen and dining area perfect for entertaining a large group, whipping up your holiday meals, or preparing that slope side snack for your adventures out on the mountain. Four spacious sleeping quarters are freshly made up for your party when you are ready for a great night of sleep along with two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer on hand for those wet snow clothes or extended visits to the mountain.

Venture outside where you can fully enjoy this alpine environment surrounded by soaring pine trees and shooting stars, you will love relaxing and unwinding here in the evenings. There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
