LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100+ sq ft home with a welcoming living room, smart TV, dining table, electric fireplace, and ample comfortable seating for relaxation.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, private bath, and balcony. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed and deck access. Downstairs third bedroom has a bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES – Challenge your family and friends to a game on the foosball table or enjoy classic fun with a variety of board and card games. Retro gaming emulator, loaded with 1,000 games, offers hours of entertainment for all ages. Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great cabin!

Stayed here for the weekend with my family and it was a great cabin. The location was perfect and there were so many amenities included. Big Bear Cool Cabins made it easy to check in and check out, and it was easy contacting them if I had any questions. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great location. Easy access to all you'd want to do in Big Bear, Ski, Town, Lake and Shopping. Definitely a "Cool Cabin." The hot tub was key for end of long days. Kitchen had a nice set up and the outdoor grill was key.

Charming Mountain Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful few-day getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the spectacular views of Snow Summit in a great neighborhood. The layout felt spacious yet intimate, perfect for a small family or a group of friends traveling together. The kitchen was well-stocked and the living spaces were cozy and well-furnished. The added amenities such as the foosball table, hot tub and putting green were a hit with the kids. We definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future.
