Family 60th Birthday getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management company were very helpful in taking care of our pre-arrival questions. Property was just lovely and a great location.

The perfect get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunnysprings was the perfect venue for an extended family holiday. In addition to six bedrooms and four bathrooms, there were several little areas for different family members to have their own space. The large living area was great for family activities and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was the icing on the cake, perfect for keeping the children occupied whilst home and the shower plus extra toilet outside was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Myself alongside 4 other girlfriends stayed here recently, as much as the location we as perfect, we could walk straight into town, close to the foreshore, the house itself really let us down, we had to vacuum the studio it was covered in cobwebs the bin was still full and had not been emptied,lamps didn't work in the main house the dishwasher had still not been emptied and house was absolutely freezing, the only source of heating was from lighting a fire and no additional heating. We paid a lot of money and it really did not live up to what we expected. Very disappointed
