IMPORTANT: This property requires a 2 week minimum stay. This 3 bedroom 2.5 Bath offers 3 floors of living space and an outside deck in a tranquil beachside neighborhood. Walk to the beach in just 2 minutes! Located close to golf and tennis options. The first floor has a kitchen, living room, half bath, and outside deck with gas grill. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (one has a queen and one has 2 twins) and a full bath. The 3rd floor features a bedroom/bath suite (king size bed or 2 twins together). The sleeping arrangements are set for 6 people comfortably. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! This property has parking for 3 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. Come enjoy your Maine vacation at this clean, welcoming, coastal condo. The building has 3 condos that are quiet and private.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Response time with any issues was spot on. AC splitter in bedroom was nice on warmer nights. Nice to have screens on windows and doors to catch the sea breeze. Beach parking pass is a huge plus.

Great Maine Vacation

We loved the condo. Unit was appointed very well with nice furnishings that all seemed fairly new. Just about everything we could have expected to be provided was provided, and a little more. The location (less than a 5 minute walk to Mother’s beach) was fabulous. Neighborhood was very friendly as well. We would definitely return to this unit in the future!

Relaxing holiday in Maine

We had a lovely relaxing holiday in Kennebuck. The condo was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Close to the beach and a short drive from Kennebuckport. Perfect. Lauren and Nate where excellent and very attentive to any questions. Would stay again.
