Downstairs:
Sleek gourmet kitchen boasts a large breakfast island bench, and all the modern conveniences of home including a dishwasher, gas stovetop, electric oven, built in microwave and coffee machine.

The open plan design seamlessly connects the kitchen to the dining and living areas. The dining area offers a 10 seater table, while the main living area includes a large couch, smart TV, and a cosy wood fire for an abundance of warmth in the winter months. Glass sliding doors can be opened to offer easy inside-outside flow to the outdoor deck on one side, and backyard on the other.

The separate TV room offers a cozy place to relax and unwind with a smart TV.

Guest bedroom downstairs offers a king bed with ceiling fan and built in robe.

Main bathroom offers walk in shower and separate w/c.

Functional laundry includes washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Upstairs:
The luxe upstairs adults retreat features a master bedroom with king bed, TV, ceiling fan and a/c. Also boasts a large walk in robe and ensuite with rain shower, dual vanity, free standing bathtub and w/c.

Guest bedroom features queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robe.

A kids bedroom offers a bunk bed and a small single bed with a ceiling fan and built in robe.

Main bathroom features shower, bathtub and separate w/c.

Additional Features:
Separate games room located up the spiral staircase offers another place to chill out featuring a pool table and a/c.

The spacious outdoor entertaining zone and sparkling pool is one of the highlights of the home; boasting a fabulous pool and decked area for those warm summer days, plus a built-in gas BBQ, and an outdoor dining table and seating area.

The backyards lush lawns are a great place for the kids to play.

Peppermint Sands is situated in a fantastic beachside location, just a 200m stroll away from the shimmering sands and turquoise waters of Geographe Bay, accessible via a footpath close by to the home. Enjoy picnics on the grassed area, or a family day at the beach swimming, paddleboarding and boating around the calm waters of the bay. Dunsborough town centre is a quick 3 minute drive or 1.5km (approx.) walk where you can enjoy the variety of cafes, restaurants and boutique stores on offer.
