The property had no heat for 3 days. There were 6 towels for the whole time we were there. The kitchen is lacking items. The entire place was dirty. Goldfish everywhere in the living area hand prints on the tv. No cleaning materials. Purchased our own No additional bedding. Manager brought space heaters and 2 sleeping bags.

The property could definitely use some updating. All the rooms did not have king beds as listed in the booking details. No Wi-Fi code left in the unit and the property manager didn't have it either. The water took a whole to heat up as well.

We got there and the ac was not even on. It was 84 degrees in the house and did not drop under 80 till around 9pm. We had to communicate with a mediator that was as helpful as they could be with no information or answers from the owner. The listing says the pool key would be inside. There was no key and no code. The mediator had to reach out to a neighbor just to get a code.
