Long weekend in Annecey

Lovely appartement with a fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance. The elevator was small, but good. Nice restaurants and shops close by. Lovely beds

Fantastic Spot

Great location; two minutes from the train station. Five minute walk to the center of old town where all of the activities and restaurants are. For us, the most important thing was that it was a very comfortable apartment (with ac in each room with separate temperature control) with beds that had super soft sheets, comfortable mattresses and great pillows. All of which made for a great nights sleep to feel well rested to explore the town. All of the amenities that we would look for were supplied! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Unfortunately it was not what we were expecting. There had been a lack of maintenance on the property since the good reviews. I booked it based upon the high stars however since that time/reviews, it seems as though there has been no property upkeep. From the check-in not being clear even hours before the check-in time, the bathroom drainage did not work so we were limited to 20second showers (or else the shower drain would overflow and there were water marks to show it was not the first time) which was not great when we had a function to go to and had to wash hair. I contacted the host who wrote back to say they would refer it to the owners and to have a pleasant stay. No action taken.The kitchen saucepans had build-up on them from previous meals and there were about 10 knives and spoons but only 3 forks when the place was booked for 4 people.Also there was a washing machine, despite the property not advertising one, but when we went to use it, it did work but didn’t wash anything at all, only get all the clothes wet so we had a pile of soggy, wet, dirty clothes that we had to take to the laundromat. Perhaps remove the machine or put a sign up to say “Does not work”. The location is good and everything is in walking distance however the place itself just needed some attention and maintenance. I would not recommend until the maintenance has been done.

Misses the touches of home

Our stay at this property was perfectly adequate. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner was much appreciated during the hot days of summer. However, the apartment has the feeling of being run by a company, not a person who really cares for it. The supply closet, and under the kitchen sink were full and messy. The only toiletries offered were small bottles of cheap hotel shampoo - make sure you bring your own hand soap, shower gel, etc and be prepared to purchase more toilet paper and dishwashing soap as these were in short supply. There are only small shelves and flimsy hangers in each room – there’s really no place to unpack, so if you are traveling for a long time and have lots of things, you’ll be living out of a suitcase. But the apartment itself has huge potential and comments have been submitted to the owner, so hopefully some of these things will be looked after.

Super appart

Super appartement, très bien situé dans Annecy pour tout faire à pied, à 5min de la vieille ville. Vue dégagée sur la ville et les montagnes. La cuisine est très bien équipée.

Séjour a Annecy en famille

Très satisfaits de l'appartement Allure à Annecy, rue de la poste. Très confortable. Nous recommandons la chambre sur cour pour une nuit au calme. Lits très confortables, appartement joliment décoré. Le service rendu de la réservation au check-out a été impeccable. Maxime qui nous a accueillis était présent au rdv à l'heure convenue. Contact très facile. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons la conciergerie du lac les yeux fermés. Merci :-) Stéphanie Christophe Sophie

Très bel appartement

Appartement très central refait récemment avec goût. Tous les commerces sont proches et l’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire. L’équipe de la Conciergerie est de plus très reactive. Je recommande pour un séjour réussi en famille à Annecy
