Double Paradise Right on the Most Beautiful Beaches!

Double Paradise is a spacious upper duplex unit located right on The Word's Most Beautiful Beaches! It has 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, and beautiful large loft. Two master bedrooms, one overlooking the beach, have kingsize beds, both master suites have their own bathrooms. Three bedrooms with bathrooms hold 2 full size beds each. 1 queen and 1queen sleep sofa are located in the loft, which has a half-bath. 1 queen sleep sofa is located in the living room. All beds and sleep sofas accommodate up to 20-22 guests. The unit has a large living room, dining room, and kitchen with large counter space and bar stools. A large deck overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!

We had a wonderful week at Mrs. Kay’s property! From the beautiful views, being just a few steps from the beach, and having plenty of room for everyone (11 adults and 2 kids) this was the perfect house for us. We had plenty of room for cooking dinners, ordering in, playing games, relaxing on the back porch, and plenty of warm water for everyone to shower after a fun day in the sun! We also enjoyed the gated pool access right beside the property. The house is in a great location- the beaches were not too crowded and our own private beach access was amazing. Plus it is just a short drive away from PCB attractions and restaurants. Mrs. Kay greeted our group at check in, texted during the week, and visited with us the night before we checked out. It is clear that she aims to provide a wonderful experience for her guests and is eager to take care of any needs during your stay. We all agreed that we would love to stay here again!

The house was in a very bad condition, not enough hot water, breaker kept tripping the whole time we were there for 10 days, a lot of the dishes were very dirty, the carpets/rugs very old and dirty, the blankets on the bed were stained and dirty, cockroaches throughout the house, balcony door didn't lock, bedroom drawers mostly broken and falling out, loft railing broken. TV's didn't work first half of our trip. Hostess was not responsive and very unprofessional.

Hot water tank is brand new 60 gallon electric unless you take turn to show it will never has enough hot water. Each bedroom has 4 outlets use it wisely and there will not be any problem. we change from cable to YouTube for 2 years no problem .Internet is working fine .no mention about TV for 5 days. never turn on TV they said even there are children around. WOW technician said all 7 TV has been tamper with, It will cost more to reprogram etc The minute they text me they expect me to respond right away I did offer to refund after 2 days because they demand me to find someplace else some more for them to take a shower. It is impossible to satisfy them My housekeeper has been with me for 15 years I work along side with them to make sure and also help if needed . They demand refund after they check out with all this complain. I have been in this business for 25 years ,never run into guests unfriendly ,rude like this ,sorry I suggest next time 30A may suit your demand service better.

The children drop the spaghetti plates full of sauces on the sofa we did not have time to shampoo them, so we have to use the sofa cover for them. We are sorry we forgot to mention it

This property is huge and can sleep a lot of people. Great for large families. Right on the beach. Some of the appliances/furnishings are dated, but it’s all clean and well equipped.Will stay again next year. Kay is a responsive and nice owner.
