Nice Appartement in an excellent district

We really enjoyed our stay. In the morning you can enjoy the sun at Antibes beaches and at afternoon at the beaches of Juan les Pins. Katherine was very kind and we could start our holiday immediately 😊

Lovely appartment clean and spacious set in beautiful grounds with a gorgeous heated pool Very secure and safe complex.Needs better storage in small bedroom A few hand towels would have been useful Patio doors need a sticker for safety Overall would highly recommend and would return x Katherine was super too

Really nice apartment and location

Very well equipment apartment with everything you need. Nice quiet garden outside. Great location and close to beaches and restaurants in Juan les pins. You can even take a 20 minutes walk into Antibes, old town.

Antibes / Juan les Pins

We stayed for two weeks and enjoied the luxury of a fine garden and a fantastic pool. On one side a short walk to Juan les Pins downhill with all amenities and restaurants and on the other side Antibes with nice plages and all service all within walking distance.

The property is great with everything you need.The pool was excellent. Perfectly located between juan le pins and Antibes. Although we had a car it was left in the secure carpark as we took the train most days to travel along the coast. Would recommend.

May sunshine in Antibes

The flat had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, great showers, balconies and pool. The gardens are lovely, quiet and restful. Walk to Juan les Pins down the hill in 10 mins. To Antibes beach 10 mins down the hill and then on to the old town along the promenade with wonderful views in 15 mins. We got around on foot, by train and taxi. Beware of distractions, two in our party were pickpocketed at Ville Franche Sur Mer on a very crowded train. They are professional. Just be vigilent. We had a great time despite this incident.

Emeraude du Cap Bra vistelse för familj

Området är mycket välskött och lägenheten är fin och välutrustad med två balkonger att vistas på, en balkong att äta på för 6 + personer och en balkong med eftermiddagssol där man njuter av något att dricka. Poolen var skön och välhållen. Ägarens kontakt på plats var mycket hjälpsam och noggrann med städning. Vi var på plats för tredje året i rad och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Das Appartement war prima für 5 Erwachsene. Die Lage top, alle Orte super mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Einziger Minuspunkt die Sauberkeit in der Küche. Die Schranktüren und der Backofen waren dreckig, das Geschirr haben wir auch vor Benutzung abgewaschen. An einigen Stellen in der Wohnung war eine Staubschicht zu sehen. Ansonsten zu empfehlen.

I lägenheten finns det man behöver. Ac som fungerade i hela lägenheten, två balkonger, en för frukost och mat samt en för chill. Bra parkering. Vårt sällskap bestod av två 70+ tre 40+ och en tjej på 10 år. Poolen kändes lyxig och välskött.

We have been holidaying in Juan / Antibes for over 30 years - initially staying in a family-owned apartment. However when that was sold we still wanted to holiday in Juan and so have been renting for the last 10 years. This is by far the best appt we have stayed at. Patricia was brilliant in communicating while booking and confirming the stay. We went with our grown up children and found the apartment had all the space we needed. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The most awesome aspect was the two terraces - one for dining and another for chilling out. The gardens that surround the secure complex and the amazing pool were beyond beautiful. We had already enquired about re-booking before we had even finished our stay. Easy walking to Juan, Antibes and the Cap D’Antubes this is the perfect location if you want both the liveliness ofJuan or the quiet if the Cap. Thank you so much to Patricia and Tina who greeted us - we are definitely coming back!

Appartement parfait pour des vacances en famille!

Superbe appartement avec commerces et plages à proximité! Plages de Juans à 300m d'un côté et celles d'Antibes à 500m de l'autre côté! Très belle piscine où les enfants peuvent se baigner quand bon leur semble. Étant sportif j'ai énormément apprécié cet emplacement central au Cap d'Antibes où la nature est magnifique. Formidable parcours de course à pieds avec surtout le sentier du littoral à ne pas manquer à pieds où en courant! Merci beaucoup Patricia pour votre gentillesse lors de nos contactes et encore un très très grand merci pour avoir mis à notre disposition un micro onde! Espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine! Très bel appartement dans belle résidence

Résidence parfaitement située, proche ville, commerce et plage, calme, arborée, propre. Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, manque 1 petit micro onde. En été les 2 terrasses doivent etre très appréciables Accueil très chaleureux En revanche manque d insonorisation, dommage d etre réveillé par l aspirateur du voisin, ou par les bruits du couloir, je craint que ce soit pire l été Néanmoins, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, et y retournerons très certainement pour tester en pleine saison et ainsi profiter de la piscine

L'appartement est effectivement très agréable avec ses terrasses donnant sur le parc. Pas de micro onde en effet pour ne pas encombrer la cuisine - bar mais un four multi fonctions, un robot magimix une machine à café Nespresso . Une résidence de luxe édifiée en 2002 et donc répondant aux normes acoustiques. Je n'ai pour ma part jamais entendu l'aspirateur du voisin. À notre étage il n'y a que 3 appartements dont le notre. je vais demander à ce que le Menage des parties communes de l'immeuble ne soit pas fait trop tôt. Nous espérons vous revoir bientôt.

Good apt in prime location

My family, three teenagers and two adults spent ten daysin this apartment. It is very well equipped and close to shops,restaurants and beach - 5mins. walk. Good because it has a pool on the grounds also, which was very good. Go out the apartment and turn left for a 5-7 minute walk to Juan les Pins or turn right for a 15-20minute walk to Antibes. Both are lovely. We went by train (45mins) to Monaco for a day trip. Well worth doing whilst you are in France. We would recommend this apartment. Tina and her sister very nice.
