Luxurious Beach Apartment, Juan Les Pins

Contemporary one bed apartment, located between the historical towns of Antibes and Cannes on the Cote D'Azur. 'Domaine Juan Flore' is a beach front gated residence which boasts a fabulous pool and children’s pool in beautiful landscaped gardens. All amenities are in the immediate area including supermarkets, bakeries and local markets. This stylish ground floor apartment comes with all mod cons including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. The spacious living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi Internet and DVD. The bedroom and living room open onto a private terrace and garden where you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy an evening's barbecue with some nice French wine! Domaine Juan Fleur is just 20 minutes drive from Nice Airport and on a direct bus route. It is just a short stroll to the restaurants and nightlife of Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan Marina. From here, the whole of the Cote D'Azur, Nice, Monaco, Italy and the quaint hill top villages, can be easily explored by car, bus or rail. For your convenience, we provide; free of charge, all bed linen, towels and beach towels so that you may travel light. For young families we also provide an infant travel cot, high chair and baby bath, again free of charge. There is also a secure private garage in the basement.

Please note the wonderful outdoor pool opens from May 20th until October 4th for the 2026 season.

A Wonderful Stay

This property is an ideal place to explore Nice, Cannes, and even Monaco. It's less than a 10 minute walk to a lovely local beach. The property is very clean and has everything you will need for your stay. The communication was first class from the property owners. We will certainly return. Thank you for all your help and recommendations for areas to visit and good restaurants, this was very helpful.

June Getaway

Apartment as described in advert. As we had no car the apartment was ideally placed to walk to Juan les Pins or Golfe Juan. Beach was very convenient, 5 minutes walk. Most foodstuffs available within a short distance, especially the very good boulangerie and alimentation. The apartment was well equipped and the extras - beach chairs, parasol, towels were much appreciated. The outside area was in daily use, whether to dine out, relax in the evening or enjoy the evening sun. With no car we relied on bus transport which was nearby, cheap and frequent. Would definitely stay again.

Wunderschön

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super schön dekoriert. Melanie hat an alles gedacht und lies keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand und das Supermarkt war 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Viele Restaurants waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand war sehr sauber und aus feinem Sand. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehr innerhalb der kürzeste Zeit zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und top Organisiert. Wir werden bestimmt die Wohnung in Zukunft öfters buchen.

Apartment und die Anlage Juan Flore sind wunderschön, Apartment für 2 Personen oder kleine Familien. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants und vor allem der Strand sind nah und machen den Aufenthalt komfortabel und angenehm. Unsere Hosts waren super hilfreich, zuvorkommend und liebenswert. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen, leider ist die Straße, die in der Nähe des Apartments vorbeiführt, manchmal doch zu hören.

Die Städte Cannes, Nizza und Montecarlo sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Objekt befindet sich in einer Domäne mit einem schönen gepflegten Gemeinschaftspool. Das Meer ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Möchte mich an der Stelle auch nochmals bei Melanie bedanken, sie war immer sofort erreichbar und hatte uns auch tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen. Alles für einen schönen Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und gepflegt.Durch die genauen Infos zur Anreise von der netten Vermieterin lief alles problemlos.Die große Ferienanlage mit dem Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, und über die vielen kleinen Details an die gedacht wurde (Fahrräder,Badezubehör usw.),freuten wir uns sehr.Das Internet war schneller als zu Hause. We an an Irish family who enjoy staying in our little piece of paradise in the south of France. We usually stay at our apartment six to eight weeks each year and have seen our children grow up each summer in Juan Flore. They have now fled the nest and although we miss having the children we continue to very much enjoy our time in our apartment.

Why they chose this property

Our property is the ideal holiday apartment for a small family or for two adults. Its location is second to none, with a beautiful swimming pool on site and a lovely sandy beach located right beside Domaine Juan Flore. There are numerous restaurants, patisseries and bars nearby in both Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan with Antibes and Cannes located within twenty minutes by bus. Nice can be easily reached by rail.

What makes this property unique

We have a very nice garden and deck area with the sun shining in the garden from midday all the way through the day until sunset.
