About this property

Private, Caribbean front Dolphin Bay Beach House (formerly Dolphin House)

Wake up to sunrise over the Caribbean, visible through floor to ceiling patio doors in every one of the bedrooms.

The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with patio access, king-sized beds and attached ensuites. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds in addition to the king-sized so young families can stay together.

A separate ground floor lounge accessed from the breezeway boasts a queen sized bed, futon and bar fridge (available for larger groups). The lounge has an attached half bath, and access to an outdoor shower.

Working at the beach? No problem. Two of the bedrooms have built in desks and wifi is available throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, fridge and oven. The ice maker in the pantry gets rave reviews! Washer and dryer are also available for your use.

There are air conditioning units in each bedroom, and in the great room.

Enjoy your coffee on the private beach, or take an early morning kayak in one of our two x two person kayaks. We also have two bikes available for you to access the village and nearby restaurants.

Completed in February 2026, is a pool and lounge area.

The newly built pool house has a bathroom and kitchenette. Access to the pool house is available upon request only, for an additional charge of $275 a week.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Trash is to be gathered and placed in the large garbage bin located outside next to the roadway. Please ensure your trash is collected and at the roadside if your stay extends over a Saturday morning.

You can leave uneaten food in the fridge and it will be taken out later.

Please turn off all A/C units.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful house that was great for our mixed family group. Easy access to Hopkins for trips and meals. We also discovered that there is a sand bar about 20 meters out into the water that was covered in live sand dollars, conchs and even a couple of sea starts.

This house worked great for our group of 10! One thing to mention is that the downstairs lounge does not have a shower. We had 2 teenagers staying there and they were a bit separated from the rest of the group.The new swimming pool was a huge bonus allowing everyone to do what they wanted, whether it was beach, swimming or hanging out inside. We loved buying food from the vendors that came by but we didn’t see them until half way through our trip due to our schedule so I recommend buying meat and bread from the local vendors early in your stay. It’s a long bumpy drive to the grocery store so this is very convenient. You can also walk to Mangoes for food, drinks and friendly staff. Don’t miss karaoke and music bingo on the weekends. Also be advised that this place only takes cash. And do yourself a favor and try Castillos in the village. This place is very popular with locals who are the most kind and welcoming people I have ever experienced on our travels! Castillos doesn’t have a printed menu, they just tell you the 4-5 things they are making that day. Our group of 10 had dinner and drinks for 74 USD. We also loved the folks at Happy Go Luckie Tours for snorkeling and diving (our group did both). The house is great and I appreciated the quick responses from Bonifacio for anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Hopkins!
