The Foulquier villa, located on the island of Ré in a verdant setting in Rivedoux, will delight you for a luxury rental with its heated swimming pool (from Easter to All Saints' Day). The numerous outdoor terraces, relaxation areas, and large garden will allow you to enjoy sunny days in this artist's house.



Next to a classified woodland, in the calm of a dead-end street, near the village centre and one of the most beautiful beaches on the Île de Ré, the villa is ideally located.



This dwelling, entirely on one level and approximately 350m², has numerous artistic touches with its tree-lined and flowered paths, the mosaic swimming pool, the boat-shaped terrace with its barbecue serving as a chimney and much more.



The large and numerous living spaces, both indoor and outdoor, will allow you to enjoy holidays with family or friends.



The assets of the villa are numerous:

- ecological with its solar panels, its orchard and its vegetable garden

- its 6 bedrooms including 1 suite of 70m²

- a large professional kitchen and 1 auxiliary kitchen

- a large cosy living and dining room with its terracotta floor

Séjour Villa Foulquier

L’emplacement de la villa est idéal, le calme règne avec la proximité immédiate des commerces. Le gérant de l’agence Ulrich est très sympathique et dévoué, avec véritable volonté de satisfaire ses clients. Avec Travel Paradise nous avions à notre disposition une large palette de services. Les vélos à disposition sont un plus. L’équipe d’entretien de la villa ( piscine / jardin) est efficace et discrète. Vacanciers très satisfaits.
