Nestled in the peaceful Paradise Shores Subdivision, this inviting home has everything you need for a memorable stay - whether you`re planning a relaxing retreat, a family holiday, or a work stay. Just a short, easy, 600m walk to the beautiful Ruakaka Beach - perfect for a stroll, run, or a refreshing swim. The property is family friendly, with a fully fenced back yard opening out from the living areas.

You will find a bright, spacious open-plan home, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, living and dining areas.

The kitchen is fully equiped to enable you to cook delicious meals, or just heat your pizza! There is also a large 6 burner BBQ in the outside patio area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and coffee machine. We supply some coffee, coffee beans, tea, sugar and milk to get you started, along with cooking oil, salt & pepper.

The home’s bedrooms are set up for a comfortable stay:

Master Bedroom - Queen bed with a private ensuite and air conditioning
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Two King Single beds

The lounge area joins the kitchen and dining areas, has air conditioning and a smart TV where you can log into your own Netflix account. There is a fast fibre internet—perfect for work, streaming, or keeping in touch.

The dining area has a dining table with seating for 8 people as well as a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.

Bathrooms consist of a shower and toilet in the main bedroom ensuite, an extra guest toilet, and a shower and bath in the second bathroom.

The garage contains the washing machine and drier, as well as a Foosball table for the kids (or adults!)

Outside, you`ll find a large patio area and fully fenced backyard, ideal for alfresco dining, a summer BBQ on the 6-burner gas grill, or letting the kids play safely.

There is plenty of space for families, friends, or workmates to rest and recharge.

The entire home is your own. The section is flat and the rear fully fenced. There is room for parking on the driveway for up to 3 cars, as well as extra space on the road. Garage parking for 2 cars as well.

Discover Ruakaka Beach - an idyllic, laid-back coastal town just an easy 1 hour and 30 minutes` drive north from Auckland.

With kilometers of sandy beach right at your doorstep, you`ll be able to enjoy surfing and/or swimming (there`s a patrolled surf club at the beach), walking around the area, or as far as you like along the beach. A great base to go fishing from, with excellent launching facitilities at Marsden Cove. Or just sit back and relax at your accommodation with a nice glass of something refreshing!

Waipu Golf Course is very close, as is the Ruakaka Race Track. Waipu is great for a visit, with excellent eating out options, and Waipu Cove/Langs Beach for another beach option and great walking. These will all be listed in the Digital Guidebook we send you when you book.

Your best option for transport here is to have or hire your own car. Ruakaka Beach and the Bach Cafe are within walking distance, but if you`d like to explore the area further you will need a vehicle as there is no public transport.

We manage the property for the Owners, and it is set up for self check-in. We are always available via messages through the app or text/phone if needed though!

Please note that the wood fireplace is unable to be used. However there is a Heat Pump in the lounge area and one in the Master Bedroom.
