Property was perfect for our family. Lots of space for everyone. Only drawback was the humidifier in the basement draining into the shower. It left mold on the shower floor that we couldn’t get clean.

The location of the property was amazing. The house was perfect for us with 6 adults and 4 children. We spent a day at Santa's Village and another day on Echo Lake. Lots of great hiking trails nearby.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was spacious and had a lot of great touches. Communication was clear and the welcome book was a great resource. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house including spices. The fire pit was wonderful. Our stay happened to be on a very hot and humid weekend which made it tough with no AC but we were grateful for the fans. The two bedrooms downstairs were a bit cooler but it would have been nice to have fans in those rooms as well. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay with kids or friends in Franconia.

Stay was great. The house had plenty of space. Even though no air conditioning, they did have fans that worked beautifully and helped with a Good nights sleep. If you want to use the grill, make sure to buy a small bottle of propane. We didn’t know this so didn’t end up using the grill
