A mere 5 min stroll to the white sand of Long Beach where you can rock climb, boogie board, swim, fish,or just walk along the quiet open beach and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

At home theres a big screen TV, fireplace, BBQ and plenty of space to enjoy a family get together or use the kitchen to cook up a storm.

25 mins out of Dunedin, so not far from supermarkets etc but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of a city.
