Our historic home is a newly renovated three levels with lots of space. It is the perfect spot to enjoy your time in Dayton. Built in 1926 this historic treasure features a spacious living room and dinning room with eat in kitchen that has everything you need. Upstairs you will find three cheerfully painted bedrooms and uniquely tiled bathroom. And in the basement another sleeping space and laundry.
Conveniently located just off RT 35 and Wyoming St you will be minutes from all sorts of exciting things that Dayton has to offer.
Just 5 minutes from the art, shopping and entertainment in the Oregon District, Downtown Dayton and the energetic Brown St by the University of Dayton.
10 minutes from The Dayton Art Institute.
15 minutes from Wright State University
20 minutes from the Dayton International Airport, Yellow Springs and John Bryan State Park.
