This private one-bedroom unit is located in a gated development. 5 minutes from the airport. It is centrally located l3-4 miles from downtown Palm Springs and a 15-minute drive to El Paseo Palm Desert. Walk to restaurants and grocery stores. It is the perfect place to lay your hat while discovering all that Coachella Valley has to offer. Hiking, swimming, golf, tennis, tram, casinos, dining, museums, art walks, etc. This unit has had a long-term tenant and will be vacant and ready by April. 12th.
