Amazing stay in Greenport!

Our family had a wonderful 2 week vacation at James' home. He was a fantastic host and promptly answered any question we had. The home is beautiful, clean and stocked with anything you need for a beach stay. The location is great - a 5 minute walk to the private community beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown Greenport. We have young kids and they loved the shallow waters of the bay and enjoyed the kayaking and tubing. Highly recommend this home if you are considering the North Fork!!

Idyllic vacation setting

This is a beautiful private setting to relax, watch for birds and bunny rabbits then head to a lovely beach a few minutes away, with a 3 year old. In the evenings the adults had a grilled dinner under a vine wrapped pergola and sat around the fire pit later. We had an idyllic week.

Greenport

Lovely home walking distance to a small pleasant beach on the Peconic. Well situated for all the local amenities, great farm stands and restaurants! And James was terrific - always quick to respond to any questions we had.
