Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This property is bathed in all- day sunshine, with lovely water views display from its multiple living areas and bedrooms.

Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, with stunning views of the River.
Second Bedroom: Double bed with River view.
Third Bedroom: Double bed, ideal for guests or children.
Fourth Bedroom: Queen- Sized bed on lower Level.
Living Spaces:
Living room with sofas, a smart TV, and a lovely view of Derwent River
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining area for family meals.

Our home is located in West Moonah , approximately 15mins drive from Hobart or 25mins drive from Hobart Airport.

The house in a quite neighbourhood.
The driveway is pretty steep, please take extra caution when driving or walking up or down the drive way. Untimed street parking is also available.
I had a few guest feed back that the driveway was not easy for them to park.
1. No smoking is allowed inside the property. Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside, but must dispose of all cigarette butts properly.
2. Please ensure that all appliances and electronics are turned off when not in use, and please conserve water and energy by turning off lights and heating/cooling when leaving the property.
3. Pets are not allowed on the property, unless prior approval has been given by the host. If approved, guests must ensure that their pets are well-behaved and do not cause any damage to the property.
4. Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect the quiet neighborhood and other residents. Parties or gatherings are not allowed without prior permission from the host.
5. Check-in time is after 2 PM, and check-out time is before 10 AM. Late check-out or early check-in may be possible with prior approval from the host and may incur additional fees.
