Place nicely located, even though next to a raillway where during the day train passes by appr every hour. As others already mentioned pictures are promising more than reality. When we arrived on-one showed up to hand over key. It was hidden but after some calls wie found it. Cleaning was not what wie expected. A moldy coffee filter was left in the coffee machine. Also tomato sauce on some cupboards in the kitchen. It was promised that the house keeper would show up but never did. Also a Whirlpool was mentioned what is not the case. Also the condition of the house as such is not in the shape you would expect it. The furnitures / kitchen stuff are in poor conditions. There are nicer places in Quiberon.

Wir hatten selten eine so gut ausgestattet KĂŒche (GlĂ€ser, Besteck, Geschirr, Pfannen, Töpfe usw). Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch auch wenn wir den Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft kurzfristig nach hinten schieben mussten. FĂŒr Probleme (kaputte SpĂŒlmaschine, kaputte Liege im Garten, fehlendes Leintuch) konnten ganz unkomplizert Lösungen gefunden oder Abhilfe geschafft werden.

Grande maison bien equipee, plages facilement accessibles a velo, cÎté baie comme ocean.Le jardin est agreable et il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment en famille et entre amis.Procedure d'arrivee tres facile, je regrette simplement de ne pas avoir eu de retour de la conciergerie quand le lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne.

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 5-6 Erwachsene oder 2 Familien mit Kindern. Toll ist die Ausstattung der KĂŒche, sodass Kochen und Essen Spaß macht. Wir waren nun zum 2. mal dort und lieben die Lage zwischen den Meeren, die beide gut zu erreichen sind. Der große Garten bietet genug Platz, um sich draußen zu bewegen, Federball und Boule. Etwas schade finden wir die Ausstattung des Außenbereichs bezĂŒglich der Gartenmöbel. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön gestaltet, der Grill lĂ€d ein, aber der Tisch und die StĂŒhle haben definitiv bessere Tage gesehen. Etwas schwierig war es dieses Mal fĂŒr uns als Eltern mit drei Erwachsenen Kindern, dass es keinen zweiten SchlĂŒssel fĂŒr das Haus gab. Sehr nett finden wir die Concierge, die sich sehr bemĂŒht, direkt einen warmen Empfang zu bereiten und die Übergabe sowohl bei dem Check-In als auch bei dem Check-Out lief problemlos ab. Aber wir fĂŒhlen uns dort sehr wohl und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Que du plaisir

D'abord nous avons bĂ©nĂ©ficiĂ© d'un trĂšs beau temps pendant les 11 jours de notre sĂ©jour. Avec une orientation Est Ouest, la zone de vie ( salon, salle Ă  manger) est baignĂ©e dans la lumiĂšre le matin et l'aprĂšs midi et c'est trĂšs trĂšs agrĂ©able. La terrasse, Ă  l'arriĂšre, est magnifique, et surtout, elle est ISOLEE, des voisins et de la rue par de hautes haies, c'est intĂ©ressant. La proximitĂ© de la cĂŽte sauvage, du centre de Saint Pierre permet de s'y rendre Ă  pieds tranquillement. Il fait bon vivre dans cette maison oĂč nous avons pu accueillir pour un week end nos enfants et petits enfants (soit en tout 7 personnes). Nous aurions cependant, aimĂ© avoir reçu Ă  notre arrivĂ©e un "book" d'accueil nous exposant les diverses choses comme le traitement des poubelles, le maniement des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, le maniement des appareils multi mĂ©dia, la description des alentours (commerces, restaurants, crĂ©peries... ) etc... tout cela nous l'avons intuitĂ© dans les premiers jours et ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer 11 jours trĂšs agrĂ©ables.

Ferienhaus mit Ausbesserungsbedarf

ZunĂ€chst einmal hat im Haus alles gut funktioniert. Die QualitĂ€t der Ausstattung war allerdings deutlich schlechter als erwartet. Wir hatten sicher auch zu hohe Erwartungen. FĂŒr ein vermietetes Ferienhaus wird man sicher nicht das beste Geschirr zur VerfĂŒgung stellen. Aber das Essbesteck bekommt man bei IKEA bestimmt in besserer QualitĂ€t. Die Wohnung war auch schon etwas abgewohnt. Auf den Bildern ist das nicht so deutlich sichtbar. In der Beschreibung der Wohnung wurde leider nicht erwĂ€hnt dass man HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche mitbringen sollte. Wir hatten vorsichtshalber BettwĂ€sche dabei, zum GlĂŒck. Und HandtĂŒcher konnte uns die Kontaktperson sehr schnell zur VerfĂŒgung stellen. Die Angeben zur Entfernung zum Strand sind auch etwas geschönt. TatsĂ€chlich braucht man 15- 18 min zu Fuß. Es gibt aber, zumindest in der Nebensaison, genĂŒgend ParkplĂ€tze in StrandnĂ€he. Der Sonnenschirm fĂŒr die Terrasse war mangels Standfestigkeit nicht brauchbar. Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren dagegen sehr gut. Die Bettdecken dabei leider wieder billige Chinaware. Wir wĂŒrden das Haus nicht mehr buchen.

tolles Haus in schöner Gegend

Wir (Mama, Papa, Oma, Opa, Tochter - 9 Jahre, Sohn - 9 Monate) haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, inkl. SpĂŒlmaschine und TK-Fach. GeschirrtĂŒcher muss man mitbringen. Paar GewĂŒrze und Salz sind auch vorhanden. Es gibt einen Hochstuhl fĂŒr Babys (der ist allerdings schon ziemlich kaputt und nicht mehr schön anzusehen, funktioniert aber noch, wir hatten ihn mit einem Handtuch "ĂŒberzogen") und auch ein Reisebett (wir hatten aber unser eigenes mit). Man hat drin und draußen große Tische und StĂŒhle zum sitzen - fĂŒr draußen (HolzstĂŒhle) fehlten uns leider ein paar Sitzkissen! Es gibt einen großen Ampelschirm, der allerdings bei wenig Wind schon nicht sehr stabil steht... Und auch fĂŒr die 3 Sonnenliegen gab es keine Auflieger. Im EG gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit einem französischen Bett (Achtung fĂŒr deutsche Urlauber: "unsere BettwĂ€sche" passt da nicht drauf, da es EINE breite Bettdecke fĂŒr 2 Personen gibt!) und ein Bad mit Dusche dazu. Außerdem gibt es noch eine weitere separate GĂ€stetoilette. Oben gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem französischen Bett und ein "Kinderzimmer", in dem insgesamt 5 Kinder schlafen könnten :-), außerdem ein Badezimmer mit einer Wanne. Verdunkeln kann man die Fenster mit den FensterlĂ€den, im Kinderzimmer haben wir zum Schlafen noch eine dunkle Decke vors Fenster gehangen. FĂŒr richtig heiße Tage wĂ€ren ein oder zwei Ventilatoren sehr von Vorteil, da sich das Haus vor allem oben so sehr aufheizt, dass wir teilweise nachts mit 29°C oben geschlafen haben. In der Garage steht die Waschmaschine und noch ein SpĂŒlbecken, da ist Platz zum Abstellen fĂŒr was auch immer. Der gemauerte Grill ist schön, leider von den Vor-Nutzern nach Gebrauch nicht gut gereinigt worden!!! Wer hat, sollte sich da vielleicht eine Grillfolie mitnehmen. Das GrundstĂŒck ist groß. Nebenan wird gerade ein neues Haus gebaut, LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung hielt sich aber in Grenzen. Im Umkreis gibt es mehrere BĂ€cker und kleine GeschĂ€fte. In den Restaurants muss man unbedingt vorher reservieren!!! Zum Stadtstrand lĂ€uft man schon 15 - 20 Minuten, es gibt aber auch ParkplĂ€tze da, dort sind Badeschuhe sehr zu empfehlen! Zur AtlantikkĂŒste lĂ€uft man auch ca. 15 Minuten (durch Wald / DĂŒnen) - es gibt da auch ParkplĂ€tze, aber zu wenig - da muss man rechtzeitig da sein! Die StrĂ€nde dort sind aus unserer Sicht viel schöner, da gibt es ordentlich Wellen, Ebbe & Flut und feinen Sand. Es ist ein TOLLES Haus!!!!!!!!!!

Tolles Haus

Gelungene Einrichtung, alles gut ausgestattet, auch KĂŒche und Geschirr. Das GelĂ€nde und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Die NĂ€he der Bahn hat uns nicht gestört, da der Zug nur tagsĂŒber fĂ€hrt. Der kleine Campingplatz nebenan war nicht stark besucht und scheint keine Animation zu bieten. Die Lage zwischen den StrĂ€nden der CĂŽte Sauvage und des Morbihans ist genial und Saint Pierre bietet fĂŒr den kleinen Einkauf auch alles.
