Welcome to Decatur House 204! Enjoy all the boardwalk has to offer in this delightful one bedroom condo. With a side view of the beach and ocean, plus an indoor pool, there's fun for everyone! This condo is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV's, DVD, a/c, and parking for 1 car. The unit is non smoking, no pet please. Occupancy 4. Parking 2 spots.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
