Screen room furniture cushions were dirty. Pool wasn't that clean. Killed 3 bugs crawling around kitchen and living room. There was a blanket on the couch cushions to sit on so I didn't look to see why. The beds were very hard mattresses. We've been going to different places for years and this one was very disappointing to stay at. Needs work to make it nice for people to stay there. The kitchen ceiling was dirty. For the money we paid for that place it was not worth the money to stay there. I would not recommend it to anyone until they fixed it up.

Would stay here again

Property was clean, and well stocked. The location was great,very close to all of the springs, very nice parks, and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The pool was huge and the perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable. Very large fenced in yard. Property could you use a good Handyman but everything we needed and more was there .

Refurbished older dwelling that is clean and well located. Only negatives are that it located on a road that can be very busy at times and neighborhood has a somewhat industrial feel. The home was very clean and has a good central location for visiting all the local springs. The price point and having your own private pool more than make up for any negatives. The owner is quite proactive to let you know you will be taken care of if there air problems. Will definitely come back if get the chance.
