A few simple things to keep in mind:

Please treat the cottage as you`d treat a friend`s home. Keep noise to a considerate level after 10pm. No smoking indoors. Pets by prior arrangement only.

Check-in is from 3pm and checkout by 10am. Early or late arrangements can often be sorted with a quick message.

Any accidental damage happens. Just let us know and we`ll sort it out together, no drama.
