Spacious 2 bedroom upstairs apartment in a block of 4. This apartment is upstairs/front house. 150m to beautiful Mona Vale beach. The lounge area has a chaise so it can accommodate an additional person if needed. Full kitchen with all amenities incl oven & dishwasher. King bed & queen bed. Bathroom with bath and separate shower. It is modern, light and convenient to shops, cafe's, restaurant, city bus.
The space
Located close to beach, city bus, very scenic area. Separate entry to self contained apartment. Off street parking.
Guest access
Own entrance. Has stairs. car parked next to front door off street.
Other things to note
A very spacious living area. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, dining area, full bathroom with separate shower and bath. Air-conditioning. There is no washing machine dryer inside the apartment but we have these in the adjoining garage. We provide fresh towels and sheets, and replace on request for guests staying 7 days or more and will arrange for laundry of clothing etc upon request.
