Welcome to A Gatlinburg Mountain Top Splash! Located in Gatlinburg is this 4,500 square feet, beautiful modern-mountain-chic home with 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. This 3-story spacious cabin offers every luxury and caters to the discerning traveler seeking a unique and luxurious vacation experience in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features a year-round heated indoor pool, spectacular mountain views, game room, theater room, spacious decks, hot tub, wifi, a yard with fire pit, and is perfect for a small family, or couples retreat.

With generous parking for up to 6 vehicles and easy access into the home, you enter this home, awe-struck by the amazing detail and finishes as you make your way through the interior. There is Wi-Fi and streaming service throughout the cabin.

Main Level:
The main level features the living room, kitchen, dining room, indoor pool, 1 bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, 2 half baths and access to the deck with seating and the hot tub.

The fully equipped, open concept gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops and bar-seating for 5 guests. Just off the kitchen you will find the laundry room with washer & dryer and a half bath.
The dining table provides seating for 8 and overlooks the great room with it's impressive stacked-stone gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, including a sleeper sofa for added accommodations, large Smart HDTV and a gorgeous wall of windows. Sitting in the cozy great room, you can enjoy the spectacular mountain views as far as the eye can see.
The bedroom on this level features a king bed, large HDTV, an ensuite full bath with soaker tub and a tiled walk-in shower, and access to the deck.

The heated indoor pool is also on this level with access to the deck.
Walking out onto the covered deck, you will find rockers, an outdoor dining table with chairs and a large hot tub to relax in while enjoying the spectacular view.

Upper Level:
The upper level features 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and access to the deck.
Both bedrooms each features a king bed, Smart HDTV, access to the deck, and a private bathroom with double vanity, soaker tub and a tiled walk-in shower.

Lower Level:
The lower level features the game room, theater room, a common area with added bedding (twin bunk & queen EZ Lounger), and access to the patio area and yard with fire pit, porch swings, grill and more beautiful views.
The game room offers a variety of games, including an arcade game, pool table, foosball, ping pong and skee-ball game.
The theater room offers 8 comfortable leather recliners and a large HDTV with surround sound.
The common area features added bedding, including a private area with a twin-over-twin bunk and a private area with a queen EZ Lounger (futon).
There is also a shared full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.

Outside, the covered patio area offers 2 patio swings, rocking chairs, outdoor dining and a corn hole game for extra entertainment.
Just off the patio, in the yard, there is a large charcoal grill and a wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs where guests can gather while taking in the incredible mountain views.

Guests are eligible to enjoy the privileges of Chalet Village Owner's Club which includes the use of all 3 convenient Chalet Village Clubhouses with pools, baby pools, pool tables, and two tennis courts, complete with snack bars to enjoy a full day of sun. These are all located on Ski Mountain, pools are open May - September and are only available to Chalet Village Guests. Please see Guest Services at check in for location map and ask for your guest pass. This pass is required for access.
