This is an overflow condo complex for Chango Villa designed by the owners for visits with extended family and friends. The condo has 4000 feet of livable and patio space space for your friends and family members. Beach access is available through a dedicated entry way, and two docks are available within 300 yards of the villa for scuba, snorkel, and fishing boat pick-ups. The condo is centrally located to the marine park of Cozumel and some of the best diving and snorkeling sites in the world.

I know the lingo but am still a gringo. The recommended guests for the villa is 14; however with special arrangements (cots) it is possible for additional guests with owner approval.

Why they chose this property

The property was purchased in 2003 by our family to be a unique vacation destination. Cozumel was chosen because of the spectacular Caribbean water, amazing scuba diving, and the islands rich culture and casual life style. The villa was custom designed, constructed, and completed in early 2006. Our first guests began renting the villa in the middle of 2006.
