Welcome to our stunning modern beach house nicely setup for those winter days and evenings.

Sit in front of the cozy indoor gas fire, get the board games out, and even take a soak in the 40degree celsius spa pool/Jacuzzi.

With plenty of room to spread out you can find your own spot to relax, or play some table tennis or take a walk to the beach.

Walk to the Lost Springs and soak in the hot pools for that special treat.
The space
Down stairs is the lounge with gas fire, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker . Also down stairs is the master bedroom with ensuite, and a second bedroom. Upstairs is a third bedroom and a second living area which can also be used as a seperate sleeping area.
Other things to note
Note - There are also direct flights from Auckland airport to Whitianga with Barrier Air for a quick 20 minute flight.

Spacious home with multiple areas to relax, socialise, eat, drink and play games. The table tennis and darts was a great addition. Well stocked facilities made it the perfect home away from home.

Had a fabulous week in Whitianga and surrounds. Four mature women who wanted to relax and do a bit of shopping, eating and relaxing. All our expectations were satisfied and the house was a highlight. Great communication with Kent and a bedroom for each of us. The spa was enjoyed and everything was comfortable, clean and just what we needed. Can highly recommend!
