Well located with a few issues

Bright appartment with great views. Quite cold in rainy weather, since not very well insulated and central heating not really working. Mould on some ceilings. Double bed is by far too small for two. Uncomfortable plastic liner over mattress. Good size kitchen and very well situated.

Super well located, great view and spacious apartment

We had a lovely time in Stephane’s apartment: really luminous, spacious and a great view where you can enjoy a nice sea view. Perfect to enjoy all Biarritz vibes. It is well equipped, especially the kitchen (with all basics) and has several cabinets/wardrobes, which is convenient. Down the street there are all type of stores you could need (bakery, butchery, delicatess and cheese shop, restaurants…). And all around is the same: problem is what to choose ;) It is also close to the beach, casino, all boutiques and stores: really convenient. Difficulty could be if you have a car. In this case, plan to book a parking place in one of the indoor parking around (especially during summer, and do it well in advance). Only drawbacks in the apartment could be about the beds: in the bedroom the bed is 140 (a bit small if you are 2 and tall). And in the leaving room there are 2 beds for 1 person which are used as a sofa or as a bed, but again no big beds. And you can easily hear the neighbors. That being said, it didn’t prevent from enjoying our stay :)
