We have rented a few times in Florida and alway requested a hot tub. This property advertised a hot tub but when we arrived we noticed the hot tub was cold. We contacted the owner and management and were informed that we had not paid to heat the pool. We weren't concerned about heating the pool since we were only interested in the hot tub. Noone seemed concerned with helping us and basically replied "you should of heated the pool". We still had a good time regardless watching our daughter play softball. You shouldn't say you have a hot tub when you don't
