Clairault Retreat — big garden, quiet cul-de-sac
Set on a big, sunny north-facing block in a peaceful cul-de-sac, Clairault Retreat blends space, comfort and convenience. You’ll be close to town and the Dunsborough Lakes golf-course. A perfect base for families and friends and looked for a relaxed getaway.
There is a whole lot of house and it’s fully air-conditioned.
Multiple living areas with huge open-plan kitchen/dining/living zone and an additional TV room in another area.
The master suite has a king bed with his & hers walk-in robes and an ensuite with separate W.C.
The three ‘minor’ bedrooms are also spacious and share the main bathroom – bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds, whilst bedroom 4 has 2 x singles.
Fire up the BBQ under the sheltered alfresco area while the kids run free on the huge lawn - plenty of room for the kids to play. North-facing aspect means all-day light and easy indoor-outdoor living. Help yourself when the fruit trees are producing!
There’s a garage with a table tennis table and with direct internal access to the kitchen. There are also a couple of bikes and a kayak that you are welcome to borrow.
Guests have full private use of the home and yard, parking is driveway parking as the garage has a table tennis table in it.
Great for families and friends wanting space or anyone who appreciates a quiet, convenient location close to parks, playing fields and town amenities.
Whole house is for your exclusive use.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
