Entire water front holiday home in Wisemens Ferry

The property is over two levels, level one is accessed via stairs from the ground floor. On this floor you will find bedroom one (main bedroom) and bedroom two, a separate toilet and the main bathroom with a full-size bath. It is also where you will find the kitchen and the open plan dining/lounge room area complete with a wood burning heater, perfect for those cosy winter nights.
Off the main lounge/dining area through glass sliding doors, you step out to a generous balcony that overlooks the Hawkesbury River. The rear balcony has a BBQ and outdoor dining table perfect for a relaxing meal and taking views of the national park.
On the ground floor you will find the third and fourth bedroom with a bathroom/laundry and access to the back garden which has a few seating options to take in the beautiful nature the Dharug National Park has to offer. The front of the property has lovely gardens and just across the road you have direct access to the Hawkesbury River. Enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking and exploring the beautiful surrounds of the Hawkesbury. (The river is tidal and can be fast moving, please swim with care).
The property has a wood burning heater, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout to keep you cool and warm all year round.
Wisemans Ferry village is less than 15 minutes away where you will find a service station, grocer, pub, cafe and bowling club.
Other local attractions and activities include the Convict Trail historic walk, water skiing and fishing on the Hawkesbury/Macdonald River. The Settlers Arms Inn at St Albans is great for a historic pub lunch.

You will have private access to the entire property and the garden that flows straight onto the Dharug National Park.
