Can’t beat the location if you are heading to Cincinnati to catch a game. Property has plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and is close to the tram and the river. The only negative thing I could say about the place is it right over some bars and nightclubs so might not be the best for families with young children or light sleepers who go to bed before 2am. Otherwise, this place is awesome and we would definitely stay there again.

The outdoor music at night was unbearable. Lights were burned out. Overhead fan in bedroom squeaked. No body wash in the bathroom.Convenient location. Nice layout.The check-in procedure was misleading. Sent us to a different building.

Centrally located. We stayed here during UC’s family weekend and Blink It is very loud outside of this unit - and despite what the photos show - there is no balcony. We hoped to watch blink from the balcony that is shown in photos My son brought his dirty laundry to wash for free at the condo - however the washer wouldn’t drain. We hauled a soaking wet load of laundry on the metro to campus to wash and dry at his dorm. Host was responsive bit no solution was offered until after we already took the laundry to campus. We didn’t use the kitchen at all Shower, shampoo/conditioner and body wash was niceBlankets were thin and mattresses were thin as well - overall not a terrible stay but a working washer and a quieter atmosphere would have made it much better.
