There was used towels in the ensuite on arrival, two of the three beds were uncomfortable (could feel all the springs) one of the bedroom door handles were not in a usable state of repair, aoartment generally dirty and there was only one key.

The apartment is professionally cleaned after every checkout and fresh towels are provided for each guest. We maintain high cleanliness standards and will continue to review our processes. Regarding the beds, we have not received similar concerns from other guests and all mattresses are regularly inspected to ensure comfort and quality. However, we appreciate your feedback and will review this further. We have also noted your comments about maintenance and will ensure everything is checked. The property currently operates with a single access key as outlined in the listing. We value all guest feedback as we continuously work to improve the experience for everyone
