With panoramic views over Yallingup’s bushland and the Indian Ocean beyond, this architecturally designed home embodies quiet sophistication and natural serenity. The main living area is anchored by a fireplace and plush seating, offering a calm space to unwind while taking in the sweeping views. A second living area overlooks the pool, providing a peaceful retreat for reading, conversation, or quiet reflection.
The gourmet kitchen blends matte black stone, timber cabinetry, and a fully equipped butler’s pantry with wine storage and bar nook. Modern appliances, a generous central island, and an adjoining dining area make the space both beautiful and functional — ideal for relaxed meals or effortless entertaining.
Step onto the expansive patio, the heart of outdoor living. An alfresco dining table sets the scene for long summer meals, while a built-in BBQ and outdoor sink make meal preparation effortless. Comfortable lounge seating offers a peaceful place to take in the sweeping landscape, and beyond, the backyard opens to native bushland, creating a private setting that feels deeply connected to nature. The pool invites refreshing swims on warm afternoons, while the nearby fire pit becomes a gathering spot for cool evenings beneath the stars.
Four bedrooms are designed as serene sanctuaries. The primary suite features a king bed, direct outdoor access, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower — a space of refined comfort and calm. Two queen rooms and a twin share two full bathrooms styled in a spa-like aesthetic. A full laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for extended stays.
Year-round comfort is ensured with central air conditioning and heating. On-site parking is available for up to four vehicles in the carport and driveway.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
