The well-appointed modern kitchen design affords the host interaction with guests seated in the lounge, dining and external dining areas on the northern deck. The home is perfect for entertaining friends and family during Winter or Summer with the added bonus of cafe blinds on the verandah along with heaters. By providing a full length verandah enabling every room their own access to the deck and intimacy away from the main area. Being set at one level and fully fenced for that extra level of child safety.

The Master bedroom on the Eastern wing consists of a very comfortable king sized bed, and storage space is at a premium with a huge walk in robe located between the bedroom and its modern en-suite. This wing also has a second guest room with Tri-bunk. This bedroom is ideally suited to children with a bunk bed. The Western wing has the remaining 3 bedrooms with queen beds. These rooms are serviced by the family bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the deck and stunning northerly vistas.

The home boasts reverse cycle air-conditioning appointed to every room for instant heating or cooling all year round for that extra comfort. Also perfect for the winter months where you can cozy up in front of the ambience of the wood fire with a fine bottle of Margaret river wine.

Offering magical views over Gunlyulgup Valley this property is located within 5 minutes to Yallingup Beach, Smiths Beach and Dunsborough town site. This location is simply enviable boasting Idyllic proximity to some of the southwest most popular beaches, breweries, wineries and attractions you will never be far from your base.

A welcome starter pack of of wood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require further firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

City of Busselton regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, may be closed down immediately. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Large groups of adults will not be accepted to stay at this property. This house is for family gatherings only. There is a noise bond that will be forfeited if there are any noise complaints from neighbouring properties. Although this property is located in a rural area, there are full-time residents in close proximity to the house who must not be disturbed under any circumstances.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
