The house was clean and neat. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The house may be rather new to being a VRBO as it didn’t have as many amenities as others I’ve stayed in. There was some confusion on check in but the manager was very responsive and things were straightened out very quickly.

The house was very nice - newly renovated. We enjoyed the screened in porch. We had to leave 9 days early due to a death in the family back home, but enjoyed our stay in this house. I would suggest that the owner buy a few more necessities. We had to purchase cooking utensils (the only one in the drawer was a spatula), we also had to purchase a paring knife, a can opener, hot pads, and kitchen towels-which we left there. I would also suggest that the owner purchase a toaster and hair dryer. (We borrowed those items from relatives who live in the area.). Also, I would suggest a pan with a lid, a skillet and a cutting board. Maybe a laundry basket? We never could get the garage door to go up. Overall, the house itself was definitely nice. It has a very large TV and the neighborhood is quiet. We would stay here again!
