- Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. The property manager can provide complete terms regarding the guest verification. You may receive an email to complete your screening. - There are outdoor security cameras installed for safety and monitoring purposes.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

Great spot with lots to do within walking distance, condo is clean and updated, close to the pool and beach and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!
Close proximity to the pool and beach. The place was very comfortable and had everything you need and more. Enjoyed the vacation and would book again in the future.
The space was exactly how it shows online. As a family of 4 we felt like it was a second home to accommodate us. The pool was so easy to access from the condo and was very well maintained. The beach is literally just steps away. Being able to sit on the patio in the back, have coffee and watch the sunrise was my favorite part. Having televisions in each room was a big bonus for my kids. The rooms and property around this particular condo was quiet. We stayed during spring break and there was no loud music, no parties. It was very peaceful. We had a few hiccups at the beginning of our check-in, however the host immediately rectified it and turned it completely around. We are already looking at our spring break dates next year to book again!
