Grand Oceana—A Dual-unit Beachfront Getaway
Stretch out, settle in, and soak up the sea breeze—this is your Port Elliot escape, made up of two side-by-side, sun-splashed beach apartments designed for easygoing group retreats. Each spans two storeys, styled with soft coastal touches and everything you need to cook, lounge, gather, or totally zone out.
Oceana is the bigger apartment, sleeping eight. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright open-plan layout with generous living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and glass doors that open wide to your front balcony—perfect for BBQ dinners with Boomer Beach as your backdrop. Multiple seating zones mean everyone gets a seat (or a stretch-out nap spot), and there`s a full bathroom upstairs for added ease. Head downstairs to find four comfy bedrooms—two with queen beds and two with twin singles. The main queen has its own ensuite, while the others share the third bathroom, so no one’s queuing for the shower.
Little Oceana offers the same breezy vibe in a slightly smaller layout suitable for four guests. Upstairs, the ocean-view lounge and second kitchen keep the group fed and happy, with balcony access for that golden-hour glow. Downstairs, a queen room and a twin room share a neat bathroom—this one with a shower and a bathtub, because sometimes a soak is just what the day calls for.
Each apartment has its own washing machine, and there’s off-street parking in the rear driveway for two cars.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
