This luxury log-style cabin features custom woodwork throughout and vaulted log-beam ceilings that create a warm mountain ambiance. Features a reverse floor plan - the expansive great room offers stunning views of both ski slopes, highlighted by T&G vaulted ceilings, log accents, skylights, and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling fireplace. Large picture windows bring in natural light and showcase the breathtaking scenery. Conveniently located near Snow Summit and Bear Mountain ski resorts, the Alpine Zoo, National Forest hiking trails, and so much more!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with a great room living room/game room, dining table, gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, private balcony, and private bath. Downstairs second master bedroom has queen bed and ceiling fan. Downstairs third bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds (no closet access). All bedrooms are located on the downstairs entry level first floor. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel stove with oven, double door refrigerator with ice maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, deep fryer, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Great room includes a pool table, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Upper front deck offers plenty of patio seating and sweeping views of Big Bear, including Snow Summit. The back deck features large hot tub, additional patio furniture, and peaceful views of the surrounding nature.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.
