We stayed for a week at this property and the overall experience was awesome! Clean property, lots of supplies, very close amenities, short walk to the beach, and just a well looked after property! Lots for guests to do inside and out. We may be planning the same trip next year and we know where we’ll be staying!

Home for the Holidays!

We had a great Christmas in Cocoa Beach! This house was perfect for our family’s needs, we loved the game room and the big open kitchen and family room. We brought Christmas decorations for our celebration, and it made it very homey. Would definitely stay here again! Great location in Cocoa Beach.

Beautiful Home

This house is so beautiful. All the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in a long time. We even have a care package from the owners dropped off on our last day. Perfect little touch. Great location and very well updated and modern and no shortcuts were taken anywhere.

Very cozy

The property was great with modern appliances. Lots of activities nearby with the beach of course! The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The smart tvs were a plus too. The only small setbacks are that some of the kitchen utensils had stains. The two bathrooms while nice were very small, and I’m 5’1 so if you’re a much bigger person it’ll be very cramped. The outdoor shower drain doesn’t drain and we weren’t given extra trash bags for trash cans. Overall would definitely recommend.
