Each bedroom features its own window A/C unit, while the living room includes a ductless air handler to keep the home cool. The first floor offers a bedroom with two twin beds, a shared full bath with shower, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with sliders leading to the deck. Upstairs, the loft bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The lower level provides an additional queen bedroom and an adjoining lounge with a bar, TV, and seating area plus walkout access to the yard.

Located just 2/10 mile from the tranquil waters of Long Pond, guests can enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, or simply relaxing by the shore. Two private association beaches are included, and the scenic Cape Cod Rail Trail is moments away perfect for biking or walking adventures.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
