Beyond the access to the pond and hiking trails, you are just a short drive from Brewster's many attractions, including Paines Creek Beach, Dunkin Donuts, Luke's Liquors, The Cape House (formerly known as Kate's Seafood), Lemon Tree Village Shops and many other Cape Cod favorites are all within reach.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
