Check in process was simple, had clear instructions from host with clear pictures for things we needed to know. The house was ok for what we needed - which was somewhere to sleep and shower. However I would not recommend as somewhere to book if wanting somewhere to relax as well. Air con did not work - there were 2 small fans but our last night there the temp I did not drop below 26 and was extremely uncomfortable. One of the bathroom taps had brown water coming out that you had to let run for awhile before it ran clear. The toaster was not safe for use as it threw the circuit board, there was a thick layer of dust covering the fridge, tea cups were stained. We had a designated parking space not on the last night someone had parked in this spot meaning we were on the look out in the morning so that residents in the house behind us could get their cars out. We called the host when this happened and also advised of the issues but were told the air con was fine and he would get someone to look into the plumbing issues. We got what we needed from the house and it was a reasonable price but looking at some of the upcoming price requests I would think twice - it just needs a bit of love to get it where it needs to be
