This house was perfect for our large group retreat. So much space that no one was on top of each other and we enjoyed exploring the outside space as well. The owner was so nice and helpful both before, during and after our stay. Would definitely recommend this house for any large group gatherings.

Nice ,quiet, plenty of things to do at the house. The property is unique with a private cabin that comes with your rental of the house.

Quiet,roomy and comforting. Plenty of space to explore outside. A cute extra cabin room. The house also includes a game room and movie theater.

Sugar Maple Festival Fun

Our family came down to enjoy the sugar maple festival and stayed at this incredible hidden gem! We enjoyed the giant rec room during a rainy day and explored the property on the nice day! Would definitely stay here again. If you’re an adventurous family who loves history then this is your spot!

Great Stay

This house is everything it says it is. Out of the way but a great place to get together with friends and family to make new memories. It rained one of the days we’re there but that was fine because there was so much room and things provided in the house that we didn’t even notice! Management was excellent

Our group had the most incredible time at this stunning riverfront retreat! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, welcoming, and beautifully appointed the home is. With 10 bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone, it was perfect for our multi-family getaway — and the views of the Bullpasture River were absolutely breathtaking.The entertainment options were exceptional! The game room and movie theater kept everyone entertained no matter the weather, and we loved discovering all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas made group meals and evenings together an absolute joy. The private cabin on site was such a unique bonus that our crew couldn’t stop raving about.The location felt peaceful and private, yet was still close enough to local attractions and outdoor adventures.This house truly exceeded our expectations in every way and hosted an unforgettable weekend for all of us. Clean, comfortable, and full of character — highly recommend for large groups, family reunions, or any special celebration! 🏡❤️
