Thank you for the kind words and for staying with us — we're glad you enjoyed your time here, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback about the driveway.
We enjoyed our stay in this unique cabin — it was almost fully covered with trees and overlooked the river with a beautiful view of the mountains from the upper deck. We felt like we were in a treehouse! The kids loved it and it was a great place for our small dog as well. Wonderful memories!

Riverfront Retreat
Great River Cabin. Multiple, wonderful outdoor spaces . Beautifully decorated inside and out. Could spend all day on top deck looking at the river or go down to the bottom deck and drink coffee, read, get in hot tub. Enjoyed the arcade games while waiting on rest of my party to get ready! Slept like a baby, bed was very comfortable. Saw plenty of wildlife on the property while we were there, yet we were minutes from everything in town. Beautiful drives to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg without having to stay in those very busy areas. Went for a walk over the historic walk bridge over the river, just across from the property. This was the perfect location for our Mountain Retreat!
This is an awesome 2 level cabin with wonderful views, deck, screened in deck, hot tub, grill, heaters and the inside is beautiful and very well stocked. It was awesome on every aspect with the exception of access. 40 plus stairs from vehicle to inside. Only an issue with unloading and loading. We tend to take allot of stuff so those trips were better than any exercise plan. Our old knees we're begging for relief. The drive access is also tricky and tight for our very large vehicle. But overall, this unit is an excellent choice.

Thank you so very much for the positive review!! The stairs are truly a workout, I guess the price to pay for a house on a mountain. A stairway to heaven, is how my husband describes them lol. We have researched lifts and elevators for the future, for they are very pricey. Awesome guests such as you are appreciated and we hope to host you again someday.
