Plaza at Woodcreek 431 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo directly across Snowmass Road from the Mt Crested Butte ski area. Sleeps 6.

Guest Access:

Self check-in with a smart lock code — sent 24 hours before arrival. Arrive anytime after 4 PM.



Guests have full, private access to the entire 2-bedroom condo and the balcony. Shared complex amenities for all Plaza at Woodcreek guests: outdoor hot tub (year-round), dry sauna, heated outdoor pool (summer), tennis and pickleball courts, and private shuttle to downtown Crested Butte.



Covered garage parking is included — one assigned space. Elevator access to the 4th floor. Building is non-smoking throughout.



The Neighborhood:

Located at the Mt Crested Butte base village — you can see the Silver Queen Express from the balcony. Walk to Camp 4 Coffee, Butte 66, Uley's Ice Bar, and the Umbrella Bar.



Historic downtown Crested Butte is 7 minutes by car or free shuttle (Mountain Express runs every 15 min in season). Elk Avenue has restaurants, breweries, galleries, and independent shops.



Summer: Wildflower Festival, Music Festival, Evolution Bike Park, hiking to Oh-Be-Joyful, fly fishing on the Taylor.



Getting Around:

→ Walking: Silver Queen Express lift is 5 minutes on foot — cross Snowmass Road and you're at the base. Camp 4 Coffee, Butte 66, and base-area restaurants are 3–8 minutes away.



→ Free shuttle to downtown: Mountain Express runs every 15 minutes in ski season between the base area and Elk Avenue. Stop is a 2-min walk from the building. No ticket, no reservation.



→ Rental car: Recommended but not required in winter. Summer guests will want one for Kebler Pass, Lake Irwin, and trailhead access.



→ Airport: Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional (GUC) is 28 miles / 40 min south. Denver International (DEN) is 230 miles / 4.5 hr northeast.



→ On-site: Covered garage parking (one assigned space included). EV charging is available at the base village parking structure next door.
